That is, MyPreferredAgent.com promises to showcase your qualifications as a real estate professional in your desired area.

The only information we collect is related to the use of our website. The personal information you submit in your profile is what the general public will view on our website with the exception of financial information. We ask that the information be accurate and a fair representation of oneself.

If a real estate professional’s personal identifiable information changes (such as company affiliate, address, phone, email, etc.) or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide means to correct, update or delete your profile information. One can change or modify their personal information by logging on to the real estate professional section of the website. If one cares to discontinue service, this can be done by emailing us at service@MyPreferredAgent.com

If we (MyPreferredAgent.com) discover that any information submitted in one’s profile is false, inaccurate or misleading, we reserve the right to correct the information or delete one’s profile and refund the prorated amount of money due within the 365-day agreement.
